November 4th, 2017 - There is something about photographing athletes that I love. The continued dedication to push their bodies past their limits is something I aspire to.

 

This weekend I got to see this first hand at FIU's swim meet against Illinois. These girls pushed hard and overcame fatigue in a way that made it seem easy. Every time a teammate swam past me it seemed like only seconds had passed by when they whizzed right by me again in the other direction.

 

Not only was their athleticism in the water inspiring, but they were the nicest girls too! I feel honored to have shared their lanes with them. One of my favorite shoots by far!
